When we arrived on Kelsey & Braden's wedding day at The High Five GR and took the elevator up, we could feel the anticipation. In the midst of job interviews, studying, wedding planning, and moving, everything else in their world paused for this weekend of celebration with family and friends.
So much planning is poured into wedding details, but our favorite moments are the ones unscripted...like when Kelsey's brothers saw her for the first time, tears filling their eyes as they hugged her; and when Braden looked up at us after seeing Kelsey for the first time and asked, It's okay that I didn't cry right? I am just WAY too excited!; and when Kelsey and Braden sat back and relaxed on the bus with their wedding party; and when their parents joined together at the reception to gift them a Bible, an anchor for their new family. All of these unscripted moments are snapshots of their day that they'll remember and cherish, because they were fully themselves, fully present.
Kelsey and Braden, we loved watching you soak in every moment on your wedding day. Surrounded by your family and friends, your day was full of meaningful conversations, joyful hugs, and genuine fun. We loved getting a VIP pass to see you in your element, and celebrate the beginning of your new life together! Love and hugs, Becky & Kaleb.
Wedding photography is my heartbeat. I love capturing the interactions between the bride and her tribe as they get ready together, the look on a groom’s face when he FINALLY sees his bride for the first time, and the way a dad wraps his arms around his baby girl on her wedding day. Bride and groom portraits make my heart jump and I cry on almost every wedding day.Get in Touch
