With the flight of the American workforce to the work-from-home model, corporate training has become more difficult. Yes, leaders and executives are able to consume conferences, talks, and lectures from all over the world, but with the disparate subjects, it’s a challenge for both companies and employees to grow leadership.
With an explosive name, tight mission, and desire to break into both the business-to-business space as well as consumer market, Catalyst needed a brand identity design to match their goals.
The logo is a combination of an explosion, a target, and the inner workings of a combination lock. The bright concentric colors come from the name, “Catalyst'', while the lock motif alludes to their mission to “unlock the potential of every leader through quality guided education.”
With these elements at the core of the identity, the Catalyst brand ‘explodes’ into its media—the shapes break apart, come together, and fall in and out of focus to create depth in their materials.
